This Refund Policy explains when payments for the Aethyn service, operated by Sai IT Solutions Ltd, are and are not refundable. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Definitions
- Balance / Wallet — prepaid credit loaded to your account.
- Bandwidth — residential proxy data, metered and charged per gigabyte.
- Top-up — an amount added to your Balance.
- Plan / Subscription — a recurring package of bandwidth or features.
2. Contact Us First
If you have a billing concern, contact support@aethyn.io before taking any other action. Most issues — including charges you do not recognise — are resolved quickly this way.
3. All Sales Are Final
Because bandwidth is a digital service delivered immediately and drawn from prepaid balances, all sales are final. Balances, top-ups, purchased bandwidth, plans, and cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable, and consumed bandwidth is never refundable. This includes amounts forfeited on suspension or termination for breach of our Terms.
4. Limited Exceptions
We will correct genuine billing errors on a case-by-case basis, namely:
- Duplicate or double charges — a clear duplicate of the same purchase will be refunded.
- Proven processing errors — where you were charged in error through no fault of your own.
- Service-credit claims — handled under the SLA, in the form of service credits rather than cash.
5. EU / UK Consumers
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because the Service is digital content supplied immediately, by purchasing and beginning to use it you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose this withdrawal right once supply has begun. Your non-waivable statutory rights are not affected by this Policy.
6. Chargebacks
Do not initiate a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting support@aethyn.io. Doing so is a breach of our Terms; we may suspend or close your account, block future sign-ups, and recover the disputed amount together with any fees and costs.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access for the remainder of the paid period, and amounts already paid are not refunded.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after they take effect, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Ras Al Khaimah, consistent with the governing-law and dispute-resolution terms in our Terms of Service.
